According to the clients needs, it may include engaging in conversation, accompanying the client on walks, helping with hobbies, assisting with meal preparation, cleaning and providing transportation to appointments or social events.

 Answer: We conduct rigorous screening during recruitment process. All carers must have right to work in the UK, complete a full DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service)  and they provide 3 satisfactory references , and then pass our 5 days induction training course.

We also provide online carer course before they starts working with our clients. We spot check their work get clients review every month.

Ans: We meet new clients to assess and understand each client's preferences, personality, and specific needs. Based on this information, we match the client with a caregiver who has the appropriate skills and training. We also consider factors such as language preferences and cultural background to ensure a comfortable and compatible match.
